These funds will be used to provide essential services, such as housing, education, job placement, and community integration, as we manage the refugee sponsorship process. While donations are not designated for specific sponsorship cases, they enable us to continue our vital work, including sponsoring refugee families and offering the support they need during their first year in Canada. We ensure that every contribution goes toward making a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Become a Sponsoring Group 

At Hope in Your Hearts, we believe in the power of community to create lasting change. By sponsoring a refugee or donating to our program, you can help provide a safe and welcoming environment for refugees starting new lives in Canada.

You can join our Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) or Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) programs and provide direct support to a refugee family for one year. Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Support: Cover basic living expenses for the refugee family.
  • Settlement Assistance: Help with housing, healthcare, schooling, and employment.
  • Emotional Support: Guide refugees through their transition to life in Canada.

Training and Support for Sponsoring Groups

We provide full training and support to all sponsoring groups. You’ll receive:

  • Step-by-step guidance on the sponsorship process.
  • Tools and resources to help you fulfill your responsibilities.
  • Ongoing support to ensure a smooth resettlement experience for both you and the refugees.
